We truly enjoyed the location and staff. We went to Le Meurice Alain Ducasse, located next door to the hotel, to have some dinner. Climate control, a flat-screen TV and a seating area in the room were a nice touch.
-
The cost was unexpected and good location, restaurants in Montmartre nearby
-
Well located, wonderful restaurants steps away and next to the metro stop
-
Tower view was worthy. 20 mins walk to the center.

The room is large compared ot other hotel rooms. It should be a good central location.
The room was not available when we arrived. Understandable but, they told us it would be ready at 1pm. We came back at 1:45pm. It was still not cleaned. I had asked for a view of the Eiffel Tower from my room, but since the room wasn't ready, the person at the front desk gave us a room instead which was facing that side, but was on the "E" floor, between the ground level and 1st floor, and was blocked off from any view. The only view was the sidewalk. Not only that, the room was noisy all night long, despite closing the windows. Not a good value for this kind of treatment/room. The rest of the staff were excellent.

The location is perfect close to Louvren and a metro station. the room we got was a relatively large twin (on request) with a back yard view.
I read about shower and other problems. But in my opinion perfectly ok, in Paris few people spend a lot of time in the hotel anyway. We only came in to sleep.

Bathroom facilities were new - nicely done tile-work and large for a city hotel. Loved the bathroom.
Not a 4 star hotel. Staff was not helpful - arrogant in fact. We stayed in a renovated room, and even at that, it was a disappointment. The bed, in particular, was very small and uncomfortable. The linens - sheets, blanket were "budget" quality - no comforter or luxury bedspread. Towels were "budget", as well - what you would find in a Motel 6.
-
Fantastic location, friendly and efficient service.
Room service is not prepared on site so you need to be prepared for packaged meals.
-
very good location. friendly staff. modern bathroom. decent size room for Paris standards. Quiet rooms at the back (not sure about the front as it's a busy road. Good value for money
internet was a bit slow, but easy to log in.

Greatest location in Paris in front of the Tuileries Garden, next to The Louvre, next to Place Vendome, Opera, etc...Hotel is good. Staff id pleasant.
I trust they shall put laundry bags in room...

The location is great! Close to Louvre, Place Vendome, Opera, etc.
Despite of the fact of the courtyard view, the room was confortable with a charming furniture. Our complain: Pillows and bath towels should be softer... they were nit confortable at all.
-
The guy on early morning duty was very helpful when we booked Eurostar; I forget his name.
I would have liked a means to make coffee/tea in the room!
-
We stayed at the Brighton to celebrate our Ruby wedding anniversary and the hotel upgraded our room and also gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne and basket of fruit on the day of our anniversary, which was quite a surprise and very much appreciated.
There was nothing we did not like about this hotel. The location was fabulous and the view from our bedroom was fantastic. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite and we will definitely return in the future
-
Fantastic views from the window - Louvre, Tuileries Gardens, Musee d'Orsay, Invaliides, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe all in 180 degree view! Great location. Extremely comfortable. Unexpectedly spacious (for Paris). Superb bathroom - no plumbing problems at all! (this is France and this has regularly been an issue).
There was nothing not to like.
-
perfect location, free wifi, good selection of TV Channels
No bar, no atmosphere, no chance of meeting anyone else. Not a good place to bde if you are on your own!
